We travel…a lot. We also love playing board games, going to museums, national parks and watching Mysteries at the Museum and Psych.

Reviews tend to focus on board games, we love board games! We review them, write about them, talk about them and just have a great time playing them together.

Since I don’t like using kids real names online we gave ourselves all code names…or super hero names because that sounds more awesome and less 007. Find out more about us and then check out our adventures!

The Mastermind is a geek, obviously, and is trying to take over the world. That bit might just be in her own mind but her family humors her…sometimes. She is, however, a bit of a goofball and loves video games, super heroes, reading, writing, watching horror, fantasy, and sci-fi movies and musicals. That last one doesn’t make her a geek but it makes her more awesome. (In her mind anyway).

She is a bit of a control freak when it comes to anything that requires planning or organizing (no she doesn’t have OCD), but anything she plans always gets done and usually ahead of schedule. Her family comes first and she is always finding ways to play with her kids and teach them about the important things in life…like snuggling and playing games.

The Comedian is actually mad…as in crazy but in a fun way. He is always willing to sacrifice dignity to make someone laugh and never says no to a pretend sword fight. As far as games go he plays all kind of board games, card games, dice games, and mainly FPS type video games.

He loves those based-on-a-true-story-sports type movies but we don’t hold that against him. Well his wife does a bit. Playing games and pretend with his kids is one of his favorite things to do and he is constantly trying to convert his wife and son to the side of the Pirate.

Super Power: Drawing and defeating anyone with a nerf sword.

The Diva has her own fashion sense and parents willing to let her express it…no matter how silly they think it looks. She marches to her own drum beat that she created and changes it constantly.

She loves playing games of all kinds but her favorite kind is FNAF. Drawing, reading and sculpting are currently her favorite things to do and she is always up for an adventure and a sword fight. She never shows mercy which makes her an excellent pirate.

The Gentleman wants to “save the planet” when he grows up and is currently wanting to become a scientist specifically in chemistry. He might be constantly changing his mind about a career, but never about his love for helping people, animals and the planet.

His love of learning is only matched by his need to find justice in the world and he loves playing games.

Our family considers life a truly magnificent adventure and we hope to share our love of a great many things, most of them geeky, with you.
